Scotsman Autosentry® Flaked Ice Machine, model FME504, features monitoring system that constantly checks workload on gearbox shutting down system before a problem develops preventing costly repairs. It produces up to 550 lbs of flaked ice in 24 hours. The electrical conductivity water sensor eliminates low or no water failures and cannot be affected by adverse water conditions. Its plastic drain pan with larger outlet provides greater ability to quickly channel water away preventing particulate built-up and rust.
