Orders received before 11:00a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. will process within one (1) business day of receipt. Orders ship using standard ground service for delivery within the continental US. Most appliances ship by LTL freight service. Additional shipping charges are applied to Alaska and Hawaii orders and items that are large in volume (dimensional weight). Cooler-Store does not ship internationally.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after the order has processed. Oasis Water Coolers take 10-14 business days.
